    At the beginning of this episode, there was one thing I was hoping to get: David and Klon doing the “see you next time… no you won’t this is a podcast.” And they delivered! 5 stars. As far as I’m concerned, that means this episode counts towards Klon’s gold jacket.

    I appreciate the recommendation on the 2034 book, I had planned on reading it. 4 years ago I read Ghost Fleet (Singer and Cole), good cross of a Tom Clancy type thriller with the new threats of cyber and space warfare elements, really opened my eyes to some of the possibilities (even assuming some artistic exaggeration).

    I cannot tell you how much I appreciate these in-depth podcasts on Afghanistan. After listening to all of the recent information from TD, I’m more convinced than ever that it was a mistake to leave. Unfortunately, that makes this mess we’re in the middle of right now even more depressing.

      There's a meme pic of Batman smacking Robin and saying "NO!" out in the meme-verse. I'm sure you've seen it.

      If if substack allowed pics, I'd post that as a reply.

      Spider-Man 3 was a very poor attempt to tell the Symbiote storyline. They should have just let Raimi do what he wanted instead of forcing him to use Venom.

          I'm particularly critical of comic book movies that badly adapt the storylines. But that's just the super-geek in me coming out. My friends and I love to rip apart and "fix" the bad movies.
